Susan Anderheggen is the Founder of The Anderheggen Group, an organization dedicated to helping leaders (and aspiring leaders) build and gain confidence with key “XFactor” leadership skills. Susan brings more than 32 years of experience in high-tech leadership at Fortune 500 companies such as Verizon, Accenture, EDS, and GE Capital. At Verizon, a global company with 200,000 employees and greater than $110B in revenue, Susan, a Vice President, led a large global team in designing, developing, and delivering some of the largest IT implementations in the world. In her keynotes and workshops, Susan uses her unique perspective to engage audiences with memorable stories and inspirational lessons on how to develop the key skills needed to be successful leaders and team members. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Susan holds a Masters Degree in Telecommunications and a BS Degree in Management Information Systems.
