Dr. Mark Goulston teaches mentoring around the world to companies and organizations whose CEOs had a profoundly positive experience with a mentor and who want his/her executives and managers to become mentors so that their people can have the same experience. This fall he will be traveling to Moscow to teach mentoring to managers from the Russian Federation so that they can improve cooperation in their organizations. The focus of this training in Moscow will be teaching managers how to listen, based on Mark's book, Just Listen, which became the top book on listening in the world, but he has received a multi-city, multi-year visa so we'll be hearing more about his journey for some time. He is also the author of six other books and contributes to Harvard Business Review, Huffington Post, Psychology Today and writes a syndicated column for Business Journals. He appears frequently on television and radio as an expert psychiatrist regarding trauma, natural disasters and shootings.
